1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Address Gateway, including but not limited to:

  • PRO Services

  • Business Licensing & Registration

  • Visa & Immigration Assistance

  • Trade License Services

  • Corporate Documentation

  • Document Clearance

  • Business Consultancy

  • Digital & Marketing Services

2. Service Fees

Our service fees consist of:

  • Professional service charges

  • Government fees

  • Third-party charges

  • Courier or document handling fees (where applicable)

Government fees and third-party charges are collected on behalf of the respective authorities or service providers and are generally non-refundable once paid.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any work has commenced, Address Gateway may approve a full or partial refund after deducting any administrative or payment processing charges incurred.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once our team has started processing your application, consultation, documentation, or any requested service, professional service fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for work already completed or services already delivered.

5. Government Rejections or Delays

Address Gateway does not guarantee approval of applications submitted to government authorities.

No refund will be provided for:

  • Government rejection of applications

  • Delays caused by government authorities

  • Regulatory changes

  • Additional requirements imposed by government departments

Any refundable government fee will depend solely on the refund policy of the relevant government authority.

6. Client Responsibility

Refund requests will not be accepted where delays or service failures result from:

  • Submission of incorrect or incomplete information

  • Failure to provide required documents

  • Failure to respond within requested timelines

  • Providing false or misleading information

  • Non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements

7. Digital Services

For digital services including website development, branding, graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, software development, and content creation:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Customized work created specifically for the client cannot be refunded after delivery.

8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment due to a technical error, please notify us immediately.

After verification, eligible duplicate payments will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method, banking institution, and applicable financial procedures.

Processing times may vary for international payments.

10. Right to Decline Refund Requests

Address Gateway reserves the right to decline refund requests where:

  • Services have already been substantially completed.

  • The client has received the agreed deliverables.

  • The refund request is inconsistent with this policy.

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
